Since then, La Élite has grown steadily, releasing singles, their debut album and giving energetic and irreverent concerts all over Spain. El Último ke Zierre (EUKZ), a punk rock band from Burriana, has built a musical legacy since 1987 with more than 20 albums. Pirat’s Sound Sistema is the quintessential reggae, ragga, and dancehall sound system in Catalonia. Tireless, eccentric, and unique, the ‘Pirata’ never rests. After their excellent album ‘Remena’ (2018) and their acclaimed single “Octubre” (2019), a tribute to the spirit of self-organisation and resistance that was seen on 1OCT2017, the band shone again with their recent EP ‘Reggae in Pandemia (R.I.P)’ (2020). These works are always complemented by their incredible live performances, where they remain faithful to their essence and their message, a perfect mix of party and commitment.
Hermana Furia is rock in Spanish, it has an exceptional musical quality, a very powerful and mature message, a front-woman who goes from the most velvety voice to gutturals coming out of her entrails and a volume that makes the hair on the back of your neck stand on end and your heart rumble in your stomach. In some of their songs they remind us of the rage of Rage Against the Machine with the rawness of Dorothy and the wild sensuality of The Dead Weather. In others the guitars of Jack White combined with the harmonies and choruses of Queen and the elegance and poise of Queen of Stone Age with the pop-tinged madness of Turbo Wolf.
EZPALAK, formed in 2019, is an alternative rock band made up of Eñaut Gaztañaga, Unai Eizagirre, Juanjo Berasain and Xabi Arrieta. In September 2023, four musicians joined forces to form the ultimate rock band, “Comanche”.
