Enrique Villarreal, better known as ‘El Drogas’, is an institution in the world of Spanish rock. The Basque musician, who fronted the band Barricada for 30 years, has been the voice of a long generation and this summer he will be performing at the Pinar del Pinar on the 40th birthday of the Navarrese band. The performance, one of the last of this special birthday tour, will be based on an exclusive repertoire of his songs from the Barricada years.
The British band Sham 69 was formed in Hersham in 1976 by singer and lyricist Jimmy Pursey and is part of the first wave of punk. The new line-up, which follows the style of the previous one, plays songs from their own EP and some classics from the original line-up. Punk in its purest form to make us sweat under the stage.
After a long retirement from the front line of music, Ana Curra combines her work as a piano teacher with some live performances, such as the one she will be giving us at the Pinar. Her repertoire is based on a profound review of the career of Parálisis Permanente, without forgetting the work of Los Seres Vacíos and her solo songs. Her latest work, “HUACA”, does not lose the dark energy that has marked her as a Post Punk icon.
Party and fight, that’s how Ebri Knight define themselves. The band from Maresme (Barcelona), born in 2003, fuses punk-rock with folk and considers the energy and message of their songs to be their weapons. A musical guerrilla that explodes from the roots to the trenches.
The band, born in the spring of 2008 in the capital of Castellón, combines different styles from the Jamaica of the 60’s such as ska, rocksteady or early reggae in their repertoire. Very dynamic and danceable rhythms to prove once again that La Plana is tropical!

Colourful riffs with which they will fill the Pinar with their essence.

The Dance Crashers is a Jamaican music project that is committed to a pure style, with little fusion and trying to stay true to the origins but with a modern, powerful and current sound. In 2018 they released their first album “Fabulous Coconut” where they show musical and production maturity and with which they toured around the state for three years. Powerful guitars, fast rhythms and catchy melodies that play with two types of voices to present a very showy live performance.
S.A. are probably one of the most difficult bands to classify into a single musical style. Power and speed define them to perfection and their direct lyrics with a lot of social commitment are one of the main characteristics of the gasteiztarra band. More than thirty years of good music have taken them to perform in Europe, America and Asia. In July we will have the opportunity to enjoy their strength and attitude on the stage of Conciertos del Pinar.
